Patio Dining Chair Model 2033 Stackable

The rear legs on this chair are reinforced with ¾" round extruded aluminum tubes with a 1/8" wall thickness. This tube is inserted inside the one inch round drawn aluminum tubing of the frame at the stress point where the back of the seat joins the rear legs. This reinforcing insert runs the entire length of the rear legs from just above the glide through the bend at seat level to 6 to 8 inches above the seat.

This design allows stacking and provides commercial strength. The use of all aluminum reinforcement rather than steel inserts used by other companies avoids rust and electrolitic reaction with aluminum frames.
