Factory Return Policies

All sales are final.

Most of our sales are custom made special orders, and Contract Furnishings International, Inc. will do everything possible to assist our customers in making the correct choice and avoiding mistakes.
Some of our suppliers will allow returns based on a restocking fee and return freight charge paid by the customer. Each return must be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will assist in handling a return within these guidelines.
Each factory must authorize the return, and give us an RA (return authorization) number, or the return will be refused at the warehouse. Upon receipt of an RA number, we will contact the customer, and give shipping instructions.
Do not return anything to the Contract Furnishings International, Inc. location! Do not return to any location without prior approval in writing.
The customer must prepay the shipping charges back to the factory warehouse. If the customer would like to take advantage of our volume shipping discounts, we will obtain the volume freight quote from the trucking company, and this amount can be deducted from the refund or credit. The customer must authorize us to do this by email or FAX.
Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise at the warehouse, the warehouse will notify us, and we will make a refund or credit based on these stated terms.
Note: If the merchandise is not in new condition, credit and refund will not be allowed. The merchandise must be properly packaged so it will not be damaged in return shipment.
Any return must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
The following are the factory dictated restocking charges.
1. Florida Commercial Pool Furniture restocking charges are 30% of the merchandise price excluding shipping and handling.
2. All Grosfillex products restocking charges are 25% of the merchandise price excluding shipping and handling.
3. Commercial Umbrella Direct restocking charges are 25% of the merchandise price excluding shipping and handling.
4. Sunset Trading rattan and wicker restocking charges are 25% of the merchandise price excluding shipping and handling.
5. All other manufacturers restocking charges are 25% of the merchandise price excluding shipping and handling.
